JUNGLE PULP MIXES FOR BAKERY, DESSERTS AND COCKTAILS: MANGO, STRAWBERRY, GUAVA, PASSION FRUIT, BLACKBERRY

MANGO MARGARITA: Ingredients: - 1 ½ oz Jungle Pulp Mango Mix - 1 ½ oz Tequila - 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice - Ice - Splash of triple sec Blend and serve.

GUAVA COLLINS: Ingredients: - 2 oz Gin - 1 oz Lemon juice - 1 oz Simple syrup - 1 oz Jungle Pulp Guava Mix - Club soda Directions: Fill a Collins glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and Jungle Pulp Guava. Shake well. Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Collins glass. Top off the glass with club soda, stir.

PASSION FRUIT CURD: Ingredients: - 4 Whole eggs - 2 egg yolks - 1 Cup of sugar - 1/2 Cup Jungle Pulp Passion Fruit Mix - 8 Tbsp of butter - 1/4 Tsp fine salt Directions: In a 2-quart saucepan, combine Jungle Pulp Passion Fruit, sugar, eggs, and butter. Cook over medium-low heat until thick enough.

PASSION FRUIT TARTLETS: Filling Ingredients: - 8 oz Packaged cream cheese, softened - 1 Cup thickened Jungle Pulp Passion Fruit Mix - 8 oz Whipped topping Directions: Beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium until smooth. Beat in thickened Jungle Pulp Passion Fruit until well blended. Fold in whipped topping.
